  • Standard Time: Production takes 3–7 business days, depending on design and item type.
  • Peak Periods: May add 3–5 business days.
  • Quality Control: Each item is inspected before shipping to meet Ecommova’s standards.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery:
    • USA: 7–15 business days
    • Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days
    • Other countries: 15–25 business days
  • Tracking: Sent via email once shipped.
  • Delays: Ecommova is not responsible for customs or carrier delays.

4. Return & Replacement

  • No Return: All items are made-to-order and non-refundable for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizes.
