Intellectual Property Claim

At Ecommova, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please follow the procedure below to report the infringement.

A. Procedure for Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement

It is our policy to:

1. Remove or disable access to any content (including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and products) that we believe in good faith to be infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties upon receiving a valid complaint; and

2. Terminate access or services to users who are repeat infringers.

If you believe your intellectual property has been violated, please send a notice containing the following information to our Designated Agent:

1. Description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that has been infringed, including registration numbers (if applicable).

2. Identification of the infringing content, including:

   • A clear explanation of how the material infringes your rights.

   • The exact URL or location on the Ecommova website where the content appears.

3. Your contact details: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.

4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the rights owner, their agent, or the law.

5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, made under penalty of perjury.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

B. After We Receive a Proper Infringement Notice

Once a complete and valid notice is received:

• Ecommova will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

• We may contact the party responsible for the content to inform them of the claim.

C. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent with the following:

1. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, and its previous location on the website.

2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

3. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your area.

5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Once a valid counter-notice is received, Ecommova may reinstate the content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action.
